Introducing 'The Product Engineer'
Throughout my career, I worked for different companies; from consulting companies to different-stage startups; from being the first employee and seeking PMF to working for a multi-million revenue product, and getting acquired by a ‘unicorn’.
And in those different playgrounds, over time I found myself working differently from other fellow software engineers.
I started caring more about the Why’s than the How’s.
It felt incredibly natural working side by side with designers, PMs, and other stakeholders
And most importantly I also started connecting more and more with users and their problems, which closed the loop by linking them to the business needs.
In this space, I’ll share with you my vision for how product engineers are changing companies and organizations and also how I leveraged my engineering mindset, skills, and background to make an impact.
A Product Engineer is the bridge of the product development process, blending engineering skills with a keen sense of user experience and business goals.
In a moment in time when rather sooner than later we’ll even see 1 Person - 1 Billion companies, Organizations, teams, and individuals will reshape their way of imagining, creating, and shipping products.
